- Marc Ostfield, Senior Advisor on Bioterrorism, Biodefense and Health Security, US Department of State;
- Steve Bice, a Senior Manager at Battelle Corp. and Former Director of the National Stockpile Division, US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC);
- Dan Gold, Senior Vice President, Pharmaceutical Operations, at Rockville, Md.-based Human Genome Sciences Inc;
- John Martin, Director, World Health Organization at the EU;
- Mark Rhinard, Senior Researcher, Swedish Institute of International Affairs.
